SHIPPING & RETURNS
KHONDE orders are delivered by express courier services. Your estimated delivery charges and date will be confirmed with your checkout information. If you would like to receive your purchase sooner than indicated in your delivery information, please contact our concierge services at email@example.com.
Your tracking number is provided to you once your order has been shipped. It allows you to follow your package’s journey from KHONDE right to you! Simply follow the tracking link or input the tracking number into the carrier's website. Please note that once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, KHONDE no longer has any control over the order as it is now in our logistics partners hands (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc).
Kindly be aware that orders for multiple items may be shipped in several packages, as well as with different carriers. You will be provided with the corresponding tracking numbers as soon as they become available.
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
Important notes on this service:
· Please ensure you enclose a completed returns form with your order. No form may result in your return not being processed.
· Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.
· Packages returned to us via international courier can take up to 5 working days to arrive back to us.

RETURNS TERMS & GUIDELINES
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
If returned, an item from outside Zambia, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. KHONDE is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
